Good day Anne-Marie de Jager, I find your continuous looking for something that you can criticize very strange. We had MANY discussions and always on different topics where you complained and even when I answered you, I never got an acknowledgement answer back from you. We exchanged e-mails ( I tried phoning you every time you wrote me – you never took my calls). I answered your enquiries on Interest being added FOR you on your Deposit account Escalation of rent for the following year Service fee on the interest bearing Deposit Trust account Why an Admin fee? What commission the agency earns per month? And so on. In spite of your complaints, you rented from us since 2023 and again from us for 2025! Your contract was from 3rd January 2025 but we assisted on the 13th December 2024 to move your stuff in to accommodate your vacation dates from the 16th Dec to the 7th Jan. The unit was not ready yet, and you signed an acknowledgement that the maintenance will be done on the 14th December and the deep cleaning beginning of January, as your daughter was only occupying later in January. We sincerely hope that your daughter enjoys her current stay in one of our sought-after units.
