Unacceptable service

I am extremely disappointed in the business mindset in what should be a reputable car sales company. I bought a car in May, have been requesting for the service book and in which i was promised that the service is in their possession. We are at the end of the year and im still fighting for the service. Not only that. The person im dealing with has began singing a different tune, that the book is nowhere to be found. Yes the deal is a cash deal, cool. Now bare with me. I haven't done 5000km on the vehicle since purchase and everything seems to be falling apart on this vehicle. This is unacceptable business moral and businesses like this should be investigated for crooking hard working people who make an honest living. Ive liaise with them back and forth and still no action has been done.............. Next step is hello peter and greater social media platforms.
