Hi I've made a deposit to this casino of R30 and they refuse to refund me as the funds has not loaded to my casino account the advise to wait a couple of minutes if not to then wait a further 72 hours as the deposits has failed due to connectivity issues but trust me this is not the case as I've had the same issue with these people months ago to the value of R180 that I've deposited and I still haven't received a refund from them up till today nor has my airtime refunded to my account after 72 hours these people are robbing there clients daily I spoke to a service agent Ashley K that proved the worst service ever it's bad as these people offers to assist but bluntly advise you to wait that's it they do not provide with anything could someone kindly help with my refund and a compensation due to such bad services
