Lost Credit Card Transactions and Poor service
Ever since they changed their name to Vault22 the service has deteriorated. They say they have live support from 8am but at 9:20am on a working day I am still getting an automated response saying they still need to sleep! App which was once very useful to me is now of no value at all as it discards my (ABSA) credit card transactions after 2 weeks so consequently I have no credit card expenditure history between end of October 24 and start of January 25. Very disappointing as App was once very good.

International Dialing on Mweb Voip- A complete con job!
Bought a R99 Credit for international dialing for Mweb Voip in August. No where on purchasing the credit did it state the credit was only valid for 60 days. Only found out when 60 days had expired. What a con! Would need to speak to somebody in the UK for nearly 14 hours over a 60 day period to get your money's worth. You cannot buy a credit for less than R99. Better off dialing internationally on your cell-phone.

Credit card fraud at Sasol garage in Cowies Hill
Only used my credit card once last week (on Thursday evening) at Sasol garage in Cowies hill. Credit card obviously cloned by petrol attendant as had huge fraudulent transactions on my credit card early Saturday morning. Make sure the attendant hands you the Credit card machine. Don't give him your credit card!
