Customer service excellence
Today I want to sing the praises of Puleng Mahlasi at Meyerton branch, this lady is always friendly and will go out of her way to assist you to the best of her abilities. Its because of her that I won't change where I bank with. She is such an angel and her customer service is excellent.

Reporting money thieves
I found this Company on Facebook, Paid fees to become an agent under false agreement they took my money and gave me nothing in return for example no personalised Catalogues nor my samples of the products that I have paid for. It's more than a month now they ignore all emails and whatsapps they comment on their posts on Facebook showing that they are active but ignore all my messages. I want my money back !
