I was sold a second car six months ago that now needs major repairs and all the dealership tells me is that it's "wear and tear", not their problem. The car was also in an accident which they did not disclose to me at the time.
I claimed for a repair and have been fighting with them for a week to have my car moved from the assessors venue to the repair place. Every time they tell me the car will be moved the next day and when I call the repair place it's not there. They also keep giving me excuses every time I ask what's going on. Terrible service.
