Old Mutual's death claims department are a joke. I submitted documents for a claim on Friday the 22nd of November, a follow up mail on the 26th of November, another follow up on the 28th of November and have not had one single reply! I went the Twitter route...have been promised a call from a manager...still nothing. It appears the only way to get service from then is to take a dead body into their offices!
