Jazmax Shane will put any tenant to get commission and leave you high and dry
Shane from Jazmax placed a tenant in my house who has not paid his rental after only 3 months of being there. As of 1st March the amount I'm owed will be R58 000. I tried to contact Shane, he does not return my calls emails nor my whatsapps. I had to get a lawyer to handle things as Shane is MIA.Very unprofessional. Will put anyone into your property and leave you with the problems of unpaid rent just to get their commission. I strongly advise against having anything to do with this estate agency.
