I had an issue with my Oneplan debit, and Celine Kriel was absolutely amazing in resolving it. She was fast, efficient, and so friendly throughout the process. Everything was handled professionally and with ease, leaving me reassured. Thanks to her, all the confusion has been cleared up, and now I just need to sit tight and wait for my plan to kick in. I recently had an issue accessing my confirmation of cover through the MiWay app, which was a bit frustrating. However, I reached out for assistance and was helped by one of their advisors, Andile Hadebe. I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently my request was handled. The turnaround time was fast, and I had the document I needed in no time. Great customer service from Andile—definitely appreciated the support!

Unresolved Issue with Retrieving Invoice from Neuberg Global
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Neuberg Global. I have been attempting to retrieve an invoice dating back to the beginning of November, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive any response or the requested invoice. It is now December, and I am frustrated by the lack of communication and the failure to fulfill a basic request. This delay is causing significant inconvenience and is unacceptable for a company that should be prioritizing customer service. I expect immediate action to be taken to resolve this matter and for the invoice to be sent without further delay. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution of this issue. Thank you.

Amazing Service from Lucy: I recently needed to submit a previous claim and file a new one. I received absolutely amazing service from Jason Carelse on the 4th of September. he assisted me with car insurance, He went into detail with the cover and made sure i understood every line of the policy .
