Stunning work. Perfect. I just love the gifts I ordered. I was actually referred to them and they did not disappoint.
We bought machine in July, it was where the machine was a couple weeks late because of that SARS audit keeping everybody's imports stuck at the ship yards. Being in sales myself and working with people daily I know the different types of people you get. Most people are understand but you get people like Rudi, who take everything and twist it to something that sounds terrible. I phone Grant after reading this review because what I have read below made me angry on Grant behalf. Since buying machine we are now friend and dont believe. When we came to see the Machines, we arrived with Grant's wife RUNNING with her child in her arms ( who was having a seizure that scared me). Rushing him to the hospital he spent 2 weeks in ICU. I receive a call from her 2 days later and she couldnt stop apologizing for what had happened. She said she doent think anyone should see what he goes through, its traumatic for everyone that's see We went back and receive demo and paid for our machine. The machine was 8 days delay. Me and my husband went to fetch our machine and we had an awesome upgrade because they feel bad for delays that was not the fault of them. We struggle learning programs but they help us every time. Everytime his wife learn some new thing to do on machine she send to us to practice. She make the files and everything. I know business can only write short replies on here. Let me say with Rudi.. they begged for a machine so they can drive down and fetch from the cape. They paid on 26 september to fetch 10 days. They changed the minds and wanted courier same day which is impossible. They got the machine. The courier people dropped the crate and causes much damage to crate. It break in 100s pieces. I saw the photos the Rudi sent. Kuhn Machines offered to make new machine at their cost, Rudi refused. The guy rudi was speaking too left Kuhn machines and when Bernadette speak to the father they agree to refund . Then her son got sick again and there was small delay in refund but as soon as they receive refund, they put all lies on Hello Peter. Me and many people have such good experience with this business. These people build good Router. People must remember you are paying little money compared to other businesses.. you must compare what you get. You cant pay for a Citi golf and expect a GTI. I call on all the people who had good service from this team to share your story here . People forget to give public appraise but so quick to say negatives and lie.
