Accident with Macdonalds Transport

We were on our way to Mozambuique on 17/10/2019 and it was 05h00 in the morning. It was very misty as we were driving from Piet Retief to Pongola. We were driving very slow 30km 40km per hour. As we headded downhill te sight was all of a sudden very clear and we (me and the car behing me want to overtake the Macdonalds transport truck. We were doing on my radis GPS 118km p/h and we still could not past the truck. All of a sudden there was a big bang on the back om my Toyota. The 1 person in the car said the truck hit us. I was trying to control the Bakkie down the road and was fighting to control the car with 3 off my friends in the car. When i realized i have control off the car i saw in the mirror the truck went into the field and the ather car was gone. We stopped and we asked each other if there were any injuries and if we are all ok. It was a great shock as we drove back to the truck to find the ather car was next to the truck in the field. We took details and pictures and then head on. We report the case. I called the number off Macdonalds transport and they referr me to someone else. As they request some pictures and info which i did email. Waited a few days and called again to find out what's happening the person told me to call the lawyer which i did and then he told me it not there fold and they R Not going to fix my car. Damage is R69000.00
