I want to make a serious complaint about Agricland Knysna. We bought a new pump on 12 June 2018 for R1988.29 After three months it stopped working. We returned the pump to the Manager Agricland Knynsna. They wanted to check and sent it to George, but they then brought back an very old pump, which needed repairs. We pointed out that the old pump was not ours and have witnesses. Ours was a brand new pump three months old. We went to Agric about thirty times but they disclaimed this and refused to fix this problem. WE also reported to Western Cape Consumer Protection office in Knynsa in June 2019 and Agric still denied it. We had no choice and went to the small claim court on 19 November 2019. The court send Agric Manager the court notice, but they never collected it from post office. They are in contempt of court. We had the summons delivered by the Sheriff. The court date is 25 May 2020. This is now over 2 year period. With the lockdown we dont know when the case will be heard. We review this so that customers can never trust Agricland Knysna. Thank you
I bought a water pump from Agric Knysna. I returned the pump with a small problem on control board. The pump was brand new. Agric gave us the wrong report and returned an old pump which is not my new one. I paid R1988 for the new expensive pump. We went many times to Agric with no result and no pump. There was nothing to do but to take the case to court. The first 14 days there was no answer from Agric and going to court now in April 2020. We do not want to fight with them but need to warn consumers about this bad experience. Thank you for everyone reading this and tell other people.
