MAL Battery Distributors

I purchased a battery from MAL which they recommended would be suitable for my BMW GS1200. The battery was unable to re-start my bike when the engine was warm and, after conducting tests to make sure the fault was not with the engine, I returned the battery to MAL approximately 3 weeks after purchase. MAL have refused to refund me for the battery despite them incorrectly recommending it would work. I am consequently a very unsatisfied customer!
