Tv Complaint

I reported my tv to TV Doctor after i've sent it to them to be fixed and so it came back, after 2 months the tv relapsed they came to collect it's been 2 months now if it's not 3 months they don't call me for update i always call them and they always appologise and promise to keep me updated but nothing now i'm worried they gonna close for the holidays
