I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance
I sold my unit at a resort that is managed by Dream Resorts. The transaction was finalized end of August. I made an arrangement with Dream Resorts that I will pay the additional levies monthly. To finalize the selling of the unit I had to pay the outstanding levies in one lump sum, which i did on 1 August 2025. On 20 August I notify them that I have paid the full amount. When I checked my bank statement end of August I saw that the debit order is still active. I wrote to them : "I see on my bank account that a debit order, which was used for the special levies, is still active. Another unwanted payment was made on 1 September. On 20 August I wrote “Please find attached my complete payment of the 2 levies. Please rectify and provide me with the correct statement with R 0 due.” It is disappointing that that you did not comply to my request. My requests are as follows : Please send me the correct statement with R 0 balance. Please deposit the amount owed to me, into the following account :" Dream Resorts wrote, that they have requested to their credit administration to refund me. NOTHING HAPPENED !! On 21 September 2025 I reminded them that I haven't received any refund. Om 22 September I received their reply and you have guessed correctly : Dream Resorts wrote, that they have requested to their credit administration to refund me. NOTHING HAPPENED !! When Checked my latest bank statement this morning, I saw that the debit order is still active and that another payment was made. Please help me to get Dream Resorts to stop the debit order and refund me The contact person at Dream Resorts is Chantel Grobler, contact number 011 267 8369. My reference number is 10801457.
I received an e-mail from ABSA telling me to set up a stop order to make recurring deposits into my savings account. They also states that " When you maintain a minimum combined balance of R5 000 in your savings and investment accounts*, you get an Absa Rewards score of 55. By setting a monthly deduction order from as little as R250 on an account like your Depositor Plus, you get an additional 20 points added to your Rewards score. When I enquired about my 75 points by calling 0860 111 515, the agent informed me that I must have R 1million in my savings account to qualify. He was also unaware of the existence of the e-mail. I need information regarding my gap cover at Medway. I have written e-mails to info@medway.co.za and customercare@medway.co.za on 14/1/2025, 27/1/2025, 30/1/2025 and 5/2/2025 NO RESPONSE !!! I called their customer care center on 10/2/2025 and operator told me to e-mail my request to customercare@manageplus.co.za, which I did on the same day and guess what ? NO RESPONSE !! PLEASE HELP !!
On Monday 18 November 2024 I went to Vodacom Chatz Zambezi Junction to upgrade my cell phone. I was assisted by Frans. My CLEAR request to him was that I wanted 1. an Iphone, 2. with 128 GB. and 3. black Friday special. He started working on his computer and said to me that he can offer me a Iphone16, but it will be costly and that the Iphone16 was not part of the black Friday special. I asked him whether the other cellphones (makes) are part of the black Friday special, He told me that Iphone16 was the only phone not part of Black Friday. I wanted an Iphone, so I left it at that. When I left with my new Iphone16, I was under the impression that the Iphone16, the only Iphone is, with 128 GB. That I thus had no other choice but to take the Iphone16 to get the 128GB. As not being knowledgeable when it comes to cell phone upgrades AND being a customer of this branch for the last 12 years, I accepted his word. On Tuesday 20 November, I received an adverti*****t from IStore advertising Iphones 12, 13, 14 and 15 as Black Friday specials. Within 24 hours I returned to Vodacom Chatz Zambezi Junction and told Frans that I was brought under the wrong impression and I wanted to cancel the contract, get a new contract as well as getting a new contract for my wife. He then said that he told me they had no other Iphone stock available, which I can't recall. I emphasized again that I told him that I wanted 1. an Iphone, 2. black Friday special and 3. with 128 GB. He told me to bring back the new phone with all its packaging, He then said that he will have to speak to the owner and that he will call me. That was about 10am. At 16:43, I called him. He said that he could not call me, as he got busy and no, he didn't speak to the owner. I think, he, maybe was playing for time. (?) I called him again this morning at 10:21 and he said he would call me within 10 minutes, and guess what he didn't. I called again at 12:51 and he said that I have started using the new phone and that they could do nothing with it. As my old phone was incasipated, I had no other choice than to use my new phone. I then asked for the email address of the owner, which is andre.loubser@vodadealers.co.za How can a cell phone shop go into the black Friday season without stock ? I only want a 1. an Iphone, 2. with 128 GB. and 3. black Friday special.
I had a stand at Negester Retirement village on the outskirts of Bela Bela, which I sold. I notified Bela Bela Municipality on 20 April 2024 that the stand is not in my name anymore. I gave them the name of the new owner as well as the proving letters from the attorneys. I requested them to refund me for moneys in credit in my name. NO REACTION !!! My e-mail was sent to P. Thobela, V. Khube and RMR Masoga. I e-mailed the same officials again on 4 June 2024 with the same request. I received notification that P. Thobela has read my e-mail. NO FURTHER REACTION.!!!! I sent an e-mail to the same officials again on 17 June 2024. NO REACTION!!!! Please help.
On the same day I complained about Tradesman not attending my problem, Polite Matlou from Tradesman called me. She was kind and tried her utmost to help me. Within 24 hours she solved my problem. I received 5 star from Polite ! She is wonderful asset to Tradesman 24/7
By mistake I paid TradesMan24/7 twice for the same job done by them. When I found out about my mistake I immediately e-mailed them to please refund me for the second payment. I requested a read report, but they ignored my request as well as not contacting me. Here under my e-mail to them. Good morning, Please find attached my POPx2. I made the mistake yesterday by paying you twice. One, I made an immediate payment and the other normal payment. Both payments already show on my bank statement. Due to fact that I lost a major amount of data with Vodacom as SP and numerous efforts on my side to get answers from Vodacom, (the last from a person, called Mato, last Friday 1/3/2024, who promised to call me back, which he didn’t), I decided to go Fibre. A very effective and knowledgeable advisor, with the name of Shaunn, at the Kolonnade Shopping Centre, walked the extra mile to assist me in obtaining and instellation of Fibre in my home. Thank you Shaunn !! On Wednesday 28 February 2024 Metrofibre (?) installed the hardware (cabling and router) for the Fibre. The foreman of the workmen then said that it will take Vodacom 72 hours to get the fibre operational. On Friday 1/3/2024 I inquired, why isn’t the system operational. Everybody at Vodacom was blaming everybody and asked me to send pictures of the router, a little blacvk box and all the serial numbers. Why? Would I lie to them. In the end, on Friday, I was contacted by a person called Siseko. He sounded on the ball and he even e-mailed me. He said everything will be operational on Monday 4/2/2024. It is now Monday 4/3/2024, 11:45. I have e-mailed Siseko twice today and called hom once. Except Shaunn, mentioned earlier, the staff at Vodacom is ******** and untrained !! Please help !!
