Relly ABSA. I don't thin **** this nonsense anymore. Phone and you get a bod to talk to. Go on the internet and chat with a bod. I need somebody with brains to guide met throught my problem. I am trying to make a payment to a new customert and ABSA says I must use the listed customers at ABSA. I then go to the listed customer and ABSA adds all the info but at the end it gives me an error message. 013 - Enter a valid beneficiary account number. This has been the number on the list. So why won't it take that number.
I am so disappointed in Liberty Life. I had a policy with them and last year when I came back from holiday they told me that I am in arears with the premiums. I then paid the two premiums and send them proof of payment and from then on I did the same every month. August when I want to make my policy paid up I got a message stating that my policy has lapsed due to non payment. I said I want to make it paid up and they sent me a form to re-instate the policy. Kept telling them I can't afford the premiums anymore. Every time I send them an email they confirm receiving it, but that's where it ends. Then eventually I got an email with a form to request them to pay back my premium. Beginning December I sent them the form together with all the documents as requested. Then when I got back to work on 11 January I again received an email stating that they are still waiting for the documents. Now I ask you why do I get confirmation emails that they have received my emails but nothing has been done with my email. I want my money and interest and that will be the end and will definitely not recommend them to my friends and family. They just want your money and that is all. For one, why do they send confirmation emails to say they have received my email with my proof of payment if my policy has lapsed and secondly, why do I have to wait so long to get my money back from them. I am highly disgusted with their service.
This is a small company that are really doing their best to accommodate their learners and help them all the way. Their training is excellent and their facilitators are well informed about the subjects they present. They are friendly and try and help their learners right up to the end. Where learners do not have the means, they try to help them accomplish their goals to finish their training. We can really recommend them for their training skills. Learners who are still in school and don't know what they want to do in future can contact them regarding their New Venture Creation Training. It is an excellent tool to help them build their future.
I ordered one Faux Fur Dog Bed and a Self-Warming Cat and Dog Bed Cushion on 21 June 2019. The very same day I received an email stating that they are getting my order ready to be shipped and will let met know when the order has been sent. To date I have not received any notice from them and I have also emailed them to enquire about my items but they did not even respond to my email. I think this is a bogus company that only take your money and do not give you your items that you ordered.
Thank you Snatcher Online for your prompt delivery of my items. I never expected to receive my order so quick. I am very impressed.
