Worst customer service and poorest quality hair

The customer service was awful. The owner is very dishonest. I paid for 3x12” bundles of 11A hair and she sent me a lower grade hair and it was not 12”. Then she insisted that’s how they make wigs. The no refund statement she keeps hiding behind is against the consumer acts, she sent me poor quality hair and it’s not what I paid for. She blocks everyone who writes a negative comment about the hair she sells on her instagram page so buyers are mislead and keep buying from her. Never buying from here ever and would never suggest them to anyone.
