Dear Pep Stores Customer Service, I would like to express my disappointment regarding the poor treatment I received from a staff member at your Cosmo Mall branch. On 29/09/202/ , I was shopping for a few items to spoil myself as it was my birthday. While I was still busy choosing what I needed, a lady (GLORIA)working at the store began calling out to me repeatedly, saying "sisi, sisi" in an impatient and dismissive tone. She told me the store was closing and made it clear I should not continue shopping. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, and she made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of the way she treated me, I was forced to leave the store without buying anything including the groceries I had already picked. What was meant to be a special day was ruined by this unpleasant experience. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that the staff (GLORIA)at this branch will be reminded about the importance of respectful customer service ,especially towards customers who are still inside the store before closing time.i Will never buy from your store anymore.
