We have been an oxbow client for a few years already with out issues. However recently we have had numerous problems relating to our service agreement which is not being provided by Oxbow on our Xerox printer. When we log an issue with Oxbow, instead of the machine being covered by our service agreement, we are sent quotes to have parts replaced and when we raise the issue with Caitlin and Codey, we have been ignored for a number of weeks now. The printer no long works, the toner is finished, the waste cartridge is full and the maintenance kit past end of life. We have notified Oxbow of all of these issues with not even a response. I have also raised this issue with Sasfin which I have also received no response. Our account is fully paid to date with no issues caused from our end. If you are looking for a reliable service provider for your office DO NOT use Oxbow. They make promises they are unable to follow through with and their service agreements are non existent. We have had to resort to purchasing a new printer for our office as Oxbows printer is no longer functional with no service for fixing it.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 3 days now, I have tried through the DSTV self service portal, through the chat bot on the website and through the Whatsapp service and all come back with errors. You cannot block people from Cancelling. I want to note that today is the 28th of May 2025 and i want my subscription cancelled before the new month starts and you debit me for another month!

Disgusting behavior by your staff on the road, Tried to drive me off the road in airport industrial and when confront I was sworn at and threatened with being hit with a traffic cone. White old ford fiesta with a colored male driver. Looks like he just fell out of bed
I placed an order with takealot in early January for a cordless vacuum which was on sale and on special. Over the next 3 weeks i was periodically told that the item is delayed due to the manufacturer. After the 3rd delay i was told that the supplier is unable to fulfill the order and my order was cancelled. The same unit is now on sale (apparently by a different supplier) at double the price. This is not an issue with my order but an issue with takealot and their supplier, and now i am having to pay more for an item that was supposed to be on sale. Thanks takealot for your poor service!!
