Be careful when booking with IGO TRAVEL

Very disappointing ...dealt with Jade Glass at IGO travel. The 4/5 star hotel they booked for us ended up a 2 star. None of the taxis were there to meet us without a struggle or fight. The last leg of the trip there was no trace of our booking when we got to the hotel and the taxi never even pitched. We had to find our own way. Be careful when you book with IGO Travel.
