I have placed an order on the 19th July for R5000. I still have not received my order and after emails and follow-ups and spoken to a Mr Rishen and being promised that it will be deliver soon. I have still not received my order and now been ignored. On WhatsApp and email. There is no acknowledgement. #40524

I am so disappointed in Woolworths and their online services. I had queries relating to my two orders O784478467 & O784610932 that I still have not received. Note that it was placed on the 17th Dec. I made numerous calls, send numerous emails and to-date no feedback at all. If someone can just PLEASE deliver my order or refund me my R2000 it would be great. All I receive is an email to say our on line team will be in contact with you. However this also does not happen. I believe there is a communication break between Woolworths and their courier services at the warehouse or the one blames the other, maybe someone just takes the orders for themselves after customers paid.
Terrible. Promises made until they have your debit account details. 3 months later and I am still waiting for feedback on my query. I get a reply from the Ruimsig managers, Lin & Louis that they will get back to us without any call back.
