Lack of communication with Africabuy

On 16 October 2019 I paid for a pair of magnetised reading glasses. They have not yet been delivered. I have written several times, asking when I might receive them. Only once did I get a reply, saying they were 'on their way'. Otherwise there is just a stony silence!
