How do I cancel this "policy" that I have never received any form of documentation for? How would I even claim? This is ridiculous!
I have an outstanding balance with Edgars but have not been able to pay it as the Edgars branches have said my details are not on record. I have phoned all the prescribed collection companies in case my account has been handed over because, as of Dec 2020, its showing 9 months in arrears on ClearScore. How am I going to settle the account if nobody has my details on record? I can't count the number of calls I've made in this regard and nobody has concrete answers for me. I want to have this sorted out.
