Deans back to school stationery suppliers bad service

Terrible stationery supplier to deal with. Paid for stationery packs ordered and after a week still no delivery instead being lied to by the employee stating the courier would deliver upon numerous follow ups on my expense as the company never calls back despite automated emails I still have not been refunded and have to wait for my money back on the company 's time. I cancelled my order due to the lies telling me my order is on it's way, had to purchase again elsewhere. Staff is not helpful tell you about 30 emails they have to tend to...there are many people in corporate companies that deal with 100's of emails daily. When I call to follow up keep on being avoided. Consumers have to wait for their money when an employee is at fault! Paid almost R700 for stationery. Now after cancelling now I must wait. unacceptable all they say is sorry.
