today I was in Parow Centre with my mother. After waiting in line for more than 45minutes infront of Pep we were eventually told that the store closed 30minutes ago. Mall security was then called to remove the people. The mall security manager Mr Pillay then told the customers that the store is closed because they serviced enough customers for the day. The mall closes at 2pm and pep closed at 1pm. When I wanted to take a picture of the manager talking this nonsense he made up another security came over to me asking what am i do and started becoming violent and wanted to fight with me. I hope this matter will be taken seriously before I take the matters further. Hope to hear from you soon.

Good day. I have been having issue with this bank in regards to a dispute I opened on the 2nd December. I was told it would take 14-30 days to review and someone will contact me. I got in contact on December 20th but there was no update and I respected that. After waiting the 30 days, I contacted them again to find out what happen but once again I was told no update. Until I had to contact Capitec again last week and this week just to hear once again that my case is still being dealt with but to me it sounds like nothing is being done. I was given a contact number for complaints management but to my surprise the number just rings and nobody answers the damn phone I had to hear a phone ring for almost 15minutes. I emailed capitec but I still havent heard anything from them. I would like to hear from someone about my money that was debited from my account unauthorized and don't pass this on to complaints management because no one seems to work there. All the phones does when you contact them is ring.
