Terrible service

I purchased 2 chickens from my local super market on 31/12/2019 Upon opening the chickens I got a very funny smell coming out from it. I called the supplier tool free number on 06/01/2020 and spoke to Cindy. She asked me to send photos of the chicken labels,which i did. I am still awaiting a call from her. Terrible service.
