Good day I seek assistance from you in contacting adsafrica as my details were *****ulently advertised in the adult section of Men seeking Women in Port Elizabeth, the person who has put this ad has included my cellphone number now I am recieving numerous vulgar and rude messages from women wanting to meet up with me, I went on to the website to try and contact adsafrica however there is no contact details listed. The add was placed on the 17 February 2025 under (Men seeking Women) your assistance is greatly appreciated as my safety is in danger

I paid for my internet yesterday it kept on saying no connection up until this morning when I contacted them, I sent the proof of payment but they can’t assist me telling me I must call pay fast for what? I can’t do anything, I can’t work I’m so frustrated

CAPITEC BANK IS ***
My sister just deposited money for me (cash deposit) and I did not receive it, she went inside to ask, they did log whatever they call it but I won’t get the money anytime soon I need to travel to hospital as in NOW, it’s their FAULT why must I suffer

****ED UP SERVICE
I have a policy with Capitec and they are under written by Centric, I lost my cousin early September I did a claim on the 26th of September I was told my claim is being assessed till the 05th of October before the 05th October I received another email giving me 18th of October still today no communication I went to the branch and they were also shocked they tried calling with no help, all documents are submitted I even stopped paying my insurance because of this, I moved from Absa straight to Capitec not knowing I will receive kak service, I want my money as I owe the funeral parlour

FUNERAL CLAIM
Everything was sent to Capitec on the 26th of September and to this day no positive feedback I got, they told me they are still assessing the claim, they gave me 5th of October but later changed it into 18th October and no feedback yet Everything was submitted even the police report for the case but nothing yet and no one bothers to call and update you about anything, I called claims yesterday the agent couldn’t tell me anything, when I check WhatsApp claim is logged but no results to show I wish I never cancelled my policy with Absa and took one with you, you can sell one lies but when it’s time to deliver nothing, every form needed was submitted but still nothing I’m going back to Absa you lost me an a client

SCAMMERS
These people are scammers, we bought a set of bed from them last year (2021) on Black Friday for an amount of R9000, we haven’t received it at all We tried calling with no luck, we want our money back
