I am a policy holder with Outsurance , I simply called in to do an enquiry on my policy. A gentleman named Erin answers very rude , I explain my reason for calling he just says someone will call me back very nonchalant doesn’t explain why he can’t assist me or transfer me to the correct department I am so disappointed
I had the most amazing experience dealing with Mr Motheo Kubeka and his team from the miwaylife insurance department,from the passing of my Dad to the condolence emails and the check ups on me and my family, we need more consultants like him, that has so much empathy and sympathy you’re service was excellent I am truly grateful.
Went to Choice Westgate today , to collect a laybe , unfortunately I misplaced the receipt, lady at the till point asked my recipient aggressively I advised I lost it . I gave her my ID number she prints the receipt, she than stood at the till and screamed a the store for another lady to collect the laybe , proceeded than handed me a for and a pin not instructing me what to do I than asked what I should do , she asked if it was my laybe I said yes , you can’t just hand me a form and not tell me what to do , no client service at all sings and hums while assisting me Rhoda was her name .
The worst experience ever my Mother and I have been assisted by a consultant named Marco Lopes . The most disrespectful human every . My Father passed away in 2021 August up until today she is still waiting for the funds , Marko was contacted and he said that she needs to wait . Today is 17th May 2023 ,in 3 months time it will be 2 years since claim was submitted. He shows no remorse, speaks like he wants to , he should not be in that department if he has no empathy with the customers.
Extremely bad service from McDondal’s westgate cashier named Elizebeth was so cold towards me , no customer service at all , to the cold chips I received with my meal . I arrived at 19:15 placed my order got my meal sat down and ate , they closed the doors 19:30. The lady started mopping under my feet 😭😭 probably a sign for me to leave. I’m really disappointed with the service .
Went to PEP In Roodepoort CBD to exchange a jeans that I bought for my son as it was abit to big, I only wanted to exchange the jeans for a smaller one . I told the cashier Maxie that I have misplaced the slip with attitude she says she can’t help me , I asked to speak to the manager, he says unfortunately I have to go to the Pep I bought the jeans from and ask for a re-print of the slip . I bought the jeans at the pep In lenasia .I reside In Roodepoort did they really expect me to drive to Lenasia to exchange the jeans . The manager Thami had refused to assist the worst customer service I ever received from this branch
On the 24th Jan 2020 I landed at, Ushaka airport around about 10;45pm . I made a reservation at Royal ushaka hotel. As the ubber driver arrives , I gave him the name of the hotel , he puts it on his phone GPS shows its a 33 minute drive , as we are halfway from the airport GPS tells us to stop and to make a U turn , so now I'm confused as to why we should turn around, as we stopped the I called Royal ushaka on 0314591606 spoke to a lady named Violet , as I explain to her that i made a booking and now GPS is sending me around to a hotel in the South , already we are 15 minutes away from Royal ushaka in the North . Violet takes down my ID , name and surname , so she spoke to the ubber driver and told him that they have two branches, one Royal Ushaka in the South and one in the North , and we made a booking for the hotel in the North , Violet gives us the address we type the address in on the GPS and we are off to the hotel in the north .. As we are at Royal Ushaka in the North i get to reception and provide my ID to the gentlemen, he goes on the system and says he cannot pick up my details , I advised him i was on the phone with a lady named Violet and she confirmed my booking , and she even gave me the address that i should go to , I showed him my Proof of Payment that i emailed to , when payment was received I got response from Renell saying Thanks for the payment , Its 11:35 at this time I'm angry , frustrated, tired and hungry . so the gentleman , calls the other branch and explains that i am there , however he does not find me on the system ,Violet then checks again and notice that I'm suppose to be at the hotel in the South while she send me to the North , he hands me the phone all she could say was sorry i didn't check properly i was fuming ........... I then asked the gentleman wants going to happen now , cant I sleep for the night and leave in the morning cause I was looking at the time also , he said no he cant accommodate me as the booking was not made with them .... I then requested a refund and he then said they don't do refunds i was mad as HELL... what an awful experience , incompetent staff members they have. I ended up booking at a different hotel ...
