Something good from a terrible experience
I have also had a bad experience with Mark - the electrician that was exposed on Carte Blanche. However I have approached the company directly in Dec last year after realizing I was ripped off by him. I can honestly say they have been extremely helpful and assisted me as far as they could. They assisted with another electrician who has fixed the mess. It is a pity that this individual has done the Company so much harm. I would still recommend them - I think we have all learned a valuable lesson from all of this.

A bad experience turned into something good
I recently also had a terrible experience with the electrician that was exposed on Carte Blanche - Mark. It is a pity that dishonest individuals like him give a company such a bad name. I approached the Company directly after I realized I was ripped off by Mark in Dec last year. They have been extremely helpful and has refunded me partially, which I believe they could have refused based on certain aspects but I am forever grateful that I did get some of my money back. I would recommend their services.... I think many people learned a valuable lesson with the Carte Blanch story and that it is probably best to get more than one opinion before taking one man's word especialky at such high costs.
