Bad service from TheIphoneguysa

I bought a phone from this guy and then it suddenly stopped working and he took it to repair it. He said it he struggled to repair and would rather replaced it. Since then he has stopped answering my calls...and the phone has been with him for three weeks now. I will just have to buy from Phone Trader as I had bought from them before and are quick to repair/replace when you experience a problem with a phone you bought from them.
