I'm greatly disappointed with how my incorrectly captured information about my car is/has been handled. After 360plus listened to their recording they acknowledged that they made a mistake in capturing my car details, the company then cancelled my policy without my permission and continue to deduct monthly premiums. This is after they said they would phone me back to review my policy and adjust my premiums accordingly. Their delay in solving my issue has resulted me missing my timeline for my car service and still waiting for them to refund me as promised after their 21days deadline is now almost 2months!!!!!!!!!
