Thank you to Brandon, Juan, Len, Lucky and the team at Advance Pools. From start to finish we had a great experience. They were prompt, professional and completed the installation well within the agreed time. It looks fantastic as well. A special thanks to Brandon, who when asked if they could prioritise our installation for my daughters birthday, made a plan to get it done. I would definitely recommend them as a preferred service provider.
On 14 Jan 2020 I instructed Fedhealth to change my banking details. I received an automated reply (Ref No FDH-03985-P2Y5B3) confirming receipt of the instruction. On 15 Jan 2020 at 09:41 I received an automated reply stating the query had been resolved. On 1 Feb 2020 the funds were deducted from the wrong / old account, needless to say I incurred penalty costs because the transaction was unsuccessful. On the 3rd (next working day) I started trying to rectify the issue. After numerous calls and live chats the issue had not been resolved. On 5 Feb 2020 I made payments to the required bank accounts to ensure my contributions remain up to date. On 6 Feb 2020 I receive email notifications that my medical aid and Medivault have been suspended due to outstanding contributions. I have now incurred in excess of R500 worth of penalties and costs to remedy the situation. Not counting the time I spent on the telephone. It is amazing how Fedhealth cannot administrate the change of banking details in 20 days, but they can suspend your medical aid within 2 days. I am utterly disgusted in their administrative support and will not recommend them to anyone.
