I was trying to organize vegan eats for my colleagues in celebration of my birthday, I didnt however want full meals as I am working off of a teachers salary. Every person I spoke to over the phone couldn't seem to help me so a wonderful employee sent me Lexi's actual contact and asked me to speak to her directly. This made sense as it was a special request. I sent Lexi a WhatsApp voice note as I was trying to organize this in between teaching classes and did not have time to type out a long message or email. I was very pleasant in the vn and was simply asking for Lexi's advice. I received this response "Please send me a text or email me on info@lexiseatery.com. I’m not going to listen to a 3 minute long voice note from a stranger" In my voice note I explained why I was sending it and who I was and you could even hear the children changing classes in the background. Maybe if she gave me 3 MINUTES of her time she would of realized the urgency and everything would have been cleared up. I am shocked by her rudeness and for this reason will never give her my business!!! She is the owner of a franchise and should pride herself in having a little contact with customers now and then.
