Uif claim

I called mom's link around September 2019, for my uif claim, as it was said it would be easier and hassle free, after months of submitting forms to them they only submitted my claim in November 2019, and said it would take 4-5weeks for payment, I called the department of labour to find out if the claim was successful, they confirmed there were forms outstanding, when calling momslink they lied day after day stating they will send me emails with updates, and I am yet to receive any emails. Now for the past week. I tried getting in touch with them every single day, but their phones are turned off, they are not returning my emails. I cannot get in touch with them. I paid them 650rand and they are now ignoring me, and suddenly fell off the grid after claiming they're under new management. I need to get hold of these people
