“Outstanding account”
I received an email from Pathcare at the beginning of January 2022, for a bill from August 2021. Their email stated that if I should not pay the bill, they would hand me over to their legal team. Please remember that this was the very first email I had received from them. I phoned Pathcare as I was not made aware of this bill prior, and expressed my disappointment. They had said that my medial aid details had not been added to the blood form, thus they charged me as a private patient, and that I should get into contact with my doctor as he should have added the correct details to the form. Upon contacting my doctor, he said that the forms were filled out correctly, therefore, it was Pathcare’s fault. They threatened to hand me over, but it was their own error. I will never use Pathcare for anything ever again.

Copy Express Tygervalley
I was in Copy Express Tygervalley yesterday afternoon, as I had to print two copies of a lease agreement that had to be signed last night. When I arrived at the place to sign the lease agreement, I realized I had only received one copy and not two (which I had already paid for). I phoned this morning and was told I could come in and collect the second copy, but i explained that it was too late because I needed the copy last night. I was then told a refund could be done, but that I must come in with my slip and drive out extra fuel because of their mistake. Copy Express’s printing is already so expensive, and I am very upset that I didn’t get what I paid for. I will not recommend Copy Express nor will I go there again.
