Poor service at Mc Donald's Daveyton
MC Donald's Daveyton Is the worst Mc Donald's ever, I buy Mc breakfast here almost everyday They are slow when u ask them sometimes they say only person works in the kitchen Today we ordered in the drive thru then they said we should go inside where we waited agaim No one is coming to tell us what is happening Their service is poor and it gets worser they should change their strategy or hire more people coz wow....

Thambo hospital worst hospital ever
Thambo Memorial Hospital is the worst Hospital ever. I've been here for 3 hours now the guys from reception were catching up and not working laughing at loud and doing the up and downs in front of us, the cubicles are dirty the glasses are not cleaned They only assisted us around 8 and we got stucked at the cashier window she said she can't use the sytmes it's new When one staff member is assisting you the other is calling her and they start talking and laughing in front of us Please can they be taken to training especially for their new systems and Professionalism They need to get name tags as well

Rude Assistant Branch Manager Mpumi
I went to Capitec Ellof Street next to albertina sisulu street in jhb CBD. I wanted to open an account, funeral plan and a credit card. The consultant was very kind but the Assistant Branch Manager who's Name is Mpumi was very rude. I was not sure of my home residential adress because I've we've moved from where we staying and I'm now at Res. So I called my sister to come and give the proper adress details so when my sister came the Assistant Branch Manager came and stood next to consultant so after my sister gave out the adress she then questioned why I don't know my adress so explained my story but she didn't want to understand she was rude and raised her voice on is and people started staring and my sister apologised for the misunderstanding but she kept on screaming and then she told the consultant to cancel the whole thing and we must leave the bank. She is rude and she must be dealt with accordingly
