Better not say NO to Destination Unlimited - Pathetically Rude

After being called by an extremely friendly sales consultant, who would not take no as an answer & could hear my disinterest as she rambled on, I finally agreed to go collect my voucher. We could not attend. Got a follow up call, still friendly & yet again provided a voucher number. We had a family emergency to tend to so their informative 45min at Alveston Manor was the VERY LAST thing on my mind. Received a call again, this time, not so friendly... Basically interrogated as to why we didn't attend & why does my partner not know about the meeting. Then demanded where I was informed to attend the meeting, which I responded to "from your company, I got a call from you"... Apparently this was the incorrect answer as she nor anyone ever forced me to attend a meeting. Lady, you need new medication. I at this point was in no mood to discuss my reasons for not attending nor to discuss what & when I discuss things with my partner. I mentioned to her that never have I ever had such a rude reaction & that I am not interested in their voucher. I dropped the call whereupon she called back instantly! Needless to say, the number (084 029 2409) has now been blocked. No idea how this company is still trading.
