Zero assistance when trying to contact customer services, bots and consultants who redirect all day without assistance. Paying for zero service is unbelievable!
I have spoken to more than 4 agents with Web Africa since the 1 July 2024. Only one agent assisted me SFiso M. who called me and explained the situation to me in detail. However it's the 31 July 2024 and for some reason I have no received my refund due to an error between Web Africa and Vumatel. My account was charged double for 4 months and I would simply like my refund instead of having to repeat my case or story to the 9th or 10th agent! Absolute ********** communication from the customer service team but still a step above Vumatel who have never reached out or sent the follow up emails from Finance as promised. Please could someone assist me in resolving this matter!
Agents placed my property on their website without any permission, pictures were taken from another agencies website and to clarify - My property is not for sale! Only after calling the agent in question was the advert removed from the website. Your agents are harassing me with weekly calls asking me to sell my property and despite calling in and laying complaints. The calls do not stop!
I have been trying to change my financial advisor since 2019 to no avail - despite escalations and correspondence asking for assistance I have been messed around non stop. Service received since signing up for multiple covers is pathetic. I have no idea what to do at this stage, when the staff refuse to assist me with my problems and concerns with the lack of service.
Dear whom it may concern, I am highly disappointed and disgusted in the rudeness I’ve had to endure from staff in the parts department (I have the persons name and contact details as this was over email) and at your branch in Parow! I emailed and called numerous times to enquire about a tv remote replacement and each time the phone was put off while I was still speaking and your staff just said they busy! Extremely rude! I am not a happy client especially after purchasing 3-4 TVs from this brand!
I had a purchased an item that wasn’t to standard when I opened up the tin. However after launching a complaint, the company’s representative made contact and was so helpful in dealing with my complaint. In addition to the product being replaced, the company came out to my place and provided a little gift bag. Amazing service and definitely great products all around! Will definitely recommend the products
Missing items from my order, fully paid yet no assistance from customer service. Lagged and broken up deliveries with drivers who rock up at your home unannounced forcing you to race home just to make sure you receive and item. Customer service takes any complaint and treats customers like we are the problem without any assistance to sort the issues out. Almost a month without receiving items I’ve paid for
I have ordered several items and only 2 items were delivered despite waiting weeks for my items to arrive. On Takealot’s system it claims I have received all goods. When it is not the case. In an attempt to sort out this issue, customer service has just ignored me. Terrible service again! In two months! No contact numbers provided to call for assistance either
My delivery on my purchase has been postponed since the 28 February 2020 and still no products have been delivered! After waiting on the phone for a consultant for 30mins I had, had enough. I’ve even emailed a complaint with no response or communication with regards to getting my products and they include my dogs food! So tell me what happens to my dogs without food??? I’ve been purchasing products on takealot for a very long time and this is the WORST service I have received. Very very disappointed in the lack of service - there is no “smile guarantee” so please remove this slogan
