Father passed away recently so I went to Vodacom Centurion Mall to transfer his account/numbers to me late Jan early Feb, went there on Sunday to see if everything's fine, turns out they didn't do anything, debit orders and 2 of the 4 numbers that were meant to be put on pay as you go wasn't done, then waited almost an hour for Hendrik who handled everything to see what's going on and was then told to go have a coffee or something cause he's busy with someone else and something about the system was messed up or some such, we couldn't wait and left hoping they'll sort it out, now this morning it looks like all the numbers were suspended, hows that for sorting things out.....

Every excuse not to pay, latest claim is that Home Affairs say my Mom's still alive, phoned the funeral director who buried my Mom to find out and she told me they wont issue a death certificate unless they received all the relevant BI documentation. Referred it to the ombudsman, they can deal with FNB.
Terrible staff at Dis-chem Meadowdale, some of the worst I've ever had to deal with in fact, turned a simple trip to the chemist into a test of my patience, almost lost my cool...

It seems they have a tendency to get their orders wrong, happened to me as well, with that said, they delivered the correct item to me 2 days later, no drama, no hassle.
Don't order from wish you wont get your stuff and they will not refund either, some bs about Wish cash.
They have more product knowledge than most of the other online stores.
They went out of their way to help me get what I wanted.
First Ascent sells decent enough gear, 4-5 stars for that, their knowledge on said gear however is none existent, they've let me down twice now, first was when I inquired about a tent, I was still deciding which one to buy so i wasn't too bothered when they didn't get back to me (bought one from a different company in the end), And the second time was about a sleeping bag, once again they could not help me over the phone, and once again they didn't get back to me when they said they would, and then when I phoned them to find out whats going on, i was sent from pillar to post. In short, If you know what you want and don't need assistance then FA is okay, but if you have a query try someone else, cause they wont be able to help you.
