Tyremart witbank

I had already made a payment when they realized that they don't have parts compatible with my car,they refused to refund me and when I insisted on it they then requested a bank statement and ID copy,I mean really???who walks around with that?worst thing is I was passing by witbank and now they expect me to drive from Pretoria just to get shocks,it is absolutely madness .I am so disappointed in how they conduct their business.it was easy to take my money and to give it back is now a moun******he lady was so rude aswell you could see that they are forcing me to come back.I want my money back ,now I am forced to spend money just to drive to witbank .They are thieves .

bad service from RAM hand to hand couriers

I have never received such a bad service from a courier service.they received my parcel on the 19th and on the 20th the sent a message saying it is out for delivery,i waited for it the whole day but it never came.this morning i tried calling and their phones are forever busy,you hold for over 30 minutes eventually it went through and the lady who replied was so rude she said i must relaxed the parcel is coming today without even checking on the system,i then asked her to check then she told it will be delivered tomorrow. They are so unreliable . i buy online a lot and i have never experienced this kind of service.
