The consultant was so excellent when explaining different premiums to me as well as explaining where I can save. Initially wanted to cancel the insurance as I had found it to be quiet expensive, however as a result of how she probed me I eventually gave in and started to settle down with her. I could understand why premiums are at times high that most clients aren't aware of, I just wish everyone can be so good like her. I will be canceling my current insurance because of her. Once more I appreciate her assistance and her skills in probing until the customer settles down. That shown she does not want to loose a client.
Fellow South Africans, have you ever heard of dealership called King of cars? If not, today I am going to introduce it to you this dealership is based in Boksburg. Woooow a dealership, 2 months ago I bought a car from them and because I did not much have much knowledge about the car brand I took the car in to Mercedes as the expertise on the brand and indeed came with minor faults that were wear and tear quotation was very high and guess what when went sent the report to King of cars all they said was bring it back to us we will fix everything and at that time they loan you a car and not a s**** car something that you can also feel that they value you as the customer. Fine they did not fix everything that was faulty not due to ignorance it was because at that time brake pads and discs still looked good to them however 2 months later those pads and discs needed skeeming and replacement, still they said bring the car back we will fix it mean time we will loan you a car so that that you as the customer you don't get inconvenienced. I must say king of cars from sales people to managers exceeded my expectations. I have been to different dealership before and never saw service like this before and other dealerships they won't even lian you a car while they fixing your car. I remember some dealership/s I had to take legal actions against them. Lastly King of cars they don't sell s**** cars that's why they are so confident with their products and customer service. So for your peace of mind and value for your money King of cars I recommend them anytime. Keep up that excellent service King of cars.
Kagiso capitec branch manager not representing the values and ethics of a big growing brand of capitec. Yesterday I received a very poor service and felt embarrassed in front of other customers as well as the manager's colleagues, I am uncertain if I lost the respect as a result of how I dressed up however I have always been taught that as an employee you do not argue with a client in front of other customers regardless of whether the customer may be incorrect or not rather talk the customer in a private place to reason with him instead the manager chose to have an argument with me in front of everyone just to proof a point as well as to show her colleagues who she was. Yes I agree perhaps I may have been wrong maybe with how I perceived the mode of operation but that did not give her the right to talk to me the way she did being a client. I deserve every respect same as other clients. I felt so disrespected and humiliated I am uncertain though if this is how township branches should treat their clients due to how they are being perceived by employees. I have so much respect for capitec and know how they strive to treat each customer with respect and loyalty as I have been to their different branches and never experienced this unpalatable treatment.
I am extremely disappointed by the company Divinescent they sold me water I thought was buying a proper perfume but then was surprised by the way it was so cheap R350. 00 for Versace actually all their perfumes are priced R350. I will never ever buy any perfume from them ever again.
The company it's so excellent in giving clients empty promises of delivery and no one takes accountability. Customer must call them all the time to enquire about when will the delivery be made and all the agents on the phone very sweet can convince you yet BIG LIERS. Regrettably also company selling perfumrms called Divine scent people must be careful with them yes their products are very cheap but when customer struggles with delivery they do not care instead they will give u phone numbers to deal directly with courier company all they care about is your money nothing else. Worse part they do not have telephone numbers where you can reach them they only respond to emails only if they so wish. So so Dissapointed.
I bought the generator from that company and liked the level of professionalism from Gareth. He updated me regularly of the progress as well as what will be required n when to be delivered. Above all my generator it's so Beutiful I wished it was a car I would ride on it daily to work. Geeez on paper it looked ordinary. Above all I'm a happy client with service provided by him including advises.
