Untrustworthy booking agency

We have paid a deposito of R4500 , 4 days before we knew of the National lockdown due to Covid 19 virus pandemic, for the STRAB MUSICAL FESTIVAL in Mozambique the end of May 2019. We then (after 4 days of paying) cancelled the booking made at Mar Azul nr 21. I have cancelled my accommodation, timeously, more than two months prior the accommodation date, due to travel restrictions and serious health concerns because of the ongoing Corona virus pandemic. Ranu, from that travel agency, ( MOZAMBIQUE CONNECTION) refused paying back our full deposit, and only paid us back R3200, without any reason why. So that was R1300 short, and no reply on paying only part. These are not trustworthy people and stole our money. Be extremely careful of this booking agency and Mar Azul in Ponto Malangane!!
