Terrible after sales service

In November 2018 we sunk a borehole at our residence in Lonehill. Indalo services was to connect the borehole, test the water and place a storage tank and filters as well as connect everything so that the water from the borehole could be used in the house. More than a year later, lots of calls and messages and we still sit with a system that does not function correctly. The tanks and filters were installed without testing the water which proved to be contaminated. All further communication has been substandard and no reliable action has been received in order to try and assist with the problem. Most definitely a company that is out to score money before anything else, be warned you may be in for a long difficult procession using this company
