Don't waste your time and money wih them

I have a claim with Santam since July 7th, the claim was assigned to (Chrischanda Lee) and she requested a lot of documents to submit which I did after 2 weeks the claim was assigned to Khanyisa Majingolo, she kept requesting more and more documents that require me to go to police station to get, she took 5 weeks then the case again was assigned to (Julia Mogase) she said that their client story is diffrent to my story and she needs a video footage of the incident(after 2 months). for the whole 2 months I didn't receive one call from them and I keep calling them with no assistance. You better find a proper insurance company even if you will pay a little bit more. I don't believe that the good reviews they have is right as they always immediately after getting bad review(proper companies don't do that)

don't buy from Manicaa

they accepted the order then sent mail that the product is out of stock and they will refund the money but they didn't after providing my bank details, no response to my mails. Just terrible
