Diraro Group, has been the most terrible and frustrating business to deal with, the way they move you from pillar to post to get a payment or have something done for you as a transporter is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a private business- this is worse than dealing with a Government body - please don’t use them for your transport , you stand the risk at not been paid and if you paid you will need to jump up and down for months on months. Diraro does not vet or over see there contractors correctly and address issues with any sense of care to a transporter that has done work for them as the Diraro group thinks they are untouchable, and you will need to beg them to come to the table to sort out your requests. I’m utterly disappointed for a company that shows such professionalism at the forefront. The staff that work there lie and are dishonest about payments and processing. John is our account holder and has only made our business a living nightmare
