Worst company ever their is real company Sleepmasters is the worst o bought a bed in December and to date I have exchanged the bed 4 times each time I get a defective product , then they want to collect the item and I maintain 7-14 days for a refund whilst they didn’t wait for me to pay for the bed , I paid then only they could deliver meaning they should refund me then come collect , I paid for quality and I found he getting quality nothing inferior to that
Haven been exchanging a bed for 4 times now each time I get a defective bed , worst experience ever , not they want to come take the bed and only after 7-14 days will I get a refund in the meantime where do I sleep ? I have been inconvenienced by these people since December until now
I have been experiencing serious connectivity issues with Afrihost since 14th February 2025, and to date, I still don’t have a stable internet connection. The service briefly returned on Friday, only for it to disappear again yesterday. Every time I call, I am told my issue has been escalated, yet nothing gets resolved. I am beyond frustrated and disgusted with the lack of urgency in addressing this problem. To make matters worse, I am unable to escalate my complaint further because I cannot even speak to a manager when I call. This level of service is completely unacceptable! Afrihost, I expect immediate action to restore my internet connection permanently. Enough with the excuses—fix this issue NOW!
Worst ever after sales service , they claim the compressor has a 10year warranty but I should pay for the labour and call out fee after paying 30k for a fridge in cash they can’t even pay the labour to repair their so trusted compressor
I have been waiting for someone to call me but no one has called I have bought data and still I don’t have data available it’s been 3 days that I have been waiting and I keep on getting someone telling me that it’s been escalated but I get nothing from that , this is useless as I get promised a call but don’t get a call back , what is the use of having a call centre but not being able to be assisted
Rentoza has a tendency of taking money before doing their so called verifications then after that they come with endless stories that they have technical problems and their stories keep on changing each time , they take their own sweet time to respond because they know they have your money
Worst customer service, I have been calling non stop to find out why money was taken from my account , been taken from pillar to post without any reason, I have been promised a call back since yesterday and till today I have not received a single call from Capitec , I can’t believe it takes a whole damn day to call back a frustrated and concerned client.
worst company to deal with, do not deal with them, they are incompetent, they lie, and they don't care about the clients , we had a camera in our rental unit which was a pure invasion of privacy , they keep saying they will call the property manager to get feedback and no-one gets back to you, you have to keep following up tp get lame excuses from these people
