Worst company ever their is real company Sleepmasters is the worst o bought a bed in December and to date I have exchanged the bed 4 times each time I get a defective product , then they want to collect the item and I maintain 7-14 days for a refund whilst they didn’t wait for me to pay for the bed , I paid then only they could deliver meaning they should refund me then come collect , I paid for quality and I found he getting quality nothing inferior to that
Haven been exchanging a bed for 4 times now each time I get a defective bed , worst experience ever , not they want to come take the bed and only after 7-14 days will I get a refund in the meantime where do I sleep ? I have been inconvenienced by these people since December until now
I have been experiencing serious connectivity issues with Afrihost since 14th February 2025, and to date, I still don’t have a stable internet connection. The service briefly returned on Friday, only for it to disappear again yesterday. Every time I call, I am told my issue has been escalated, yet nothing gets resolved. I am beyond frustrated and disgusted with the lack of urgency in addressing this problem. To make matters worse, I am unable to escalate my complaint further because I cannot even speak to a manager when I call. This level of service is completely unacceptable! Afrihost, I expect immediate action to restore my internet connection permanently. Enough with the excuses—fix this issue NOW!
Worst ever after sales service , they claim the compressor has a 10year warranty but I should pay for the labour and call out fee after paying 30k for a fridge in cash they can’t even pay the labour to repair their so trusted compressor
I have been waiting for someone to call me but no one has called I have bought data and still I don’t have data available it’s been 3 days that I have been waiting and I keep on getting someone telling me that it’s been escalated but I get nothing from that , this is useless as I get promised a call but don’t get a call back , what is the use of having a call centre but not being able to be assisted
Rentoza has a tendency of taking money before doing their so called verifications then after that they come with endless stories that they have technical problems and their stories keep on changing each time , they take their own sweet time to respond because they know they have your money
Worst customer service, I have been calling non stop to find out why money was taken from my account , been taken from pillar to post without any reason, I have been promised a call back since yesterday and till today I have not received a single call from Capitec , I can’t believe it takes a whole damn day to call back a frustrated and concerned client.
I have had the SIM card for 7 days, I have not even enjoyed a mere 1mbps download speed since I had this sin card, I have called in numerous time and have been taken from pillar to post , I have cancelled this today and I want my money back, I am not going to pay for something I did not use.
MDS has the worst service ever, i booked a collection yesterday morning with strict instructions to collect after 2pm and that the parcel was a pallet with a weight of 270KG, they accepted the collection and sent out a driver immediately , while it is clearly stated and they need to be there at 2pm, the collection then failed and i had to call back again to make sure the driver goes back, eventually they sent the driver again and then the driver just went a kilometre down the street to where the actual place was, i had then to call again and it was a hassle to get through to operations, when i eventually went through i got connected to the driver and and i directed him, long story short the driver said he sees the place in front of him and it takes him 40 minutes to get into the building? he went somewhere else instead regardless of the time constraint, when he finally gets there he is driving a van that is already full of other collections and they cant collect my shipment, i then had to struggle with back and forth emil and calls again to make sure this parcel gets collected, they agreed to collect at 8am sharp and sent me confirmation via email of this, then this morning i call to follow up and they tell me that the driver is ono hos way , to my surprise the driver went to midrand to do some other deliveries first but when i first called i was told he is only doing 1 collection and that was my shipment, i then struggled to get hold of the so called operations department again the whole day, they were given a message to call me in the morning and still until now they haven't called , even the managers were given a message to call and still havent called, these people have no worry about time whatsoever, i have lost 2 days worth of revenue and my supplier is charging me for the space a took up for the day , they don't even consider this , their drivers don't respect the clients time and dont care at all, this is total rubbish and i will never do business with them again , and i will keep on writing bad reviews about them as they clearly don't deserve business ,
