Its been over a week since I canceled my application with DebtBusters after i havent recieved feedback over 3 weeks and still nothing has been done.Application has still not been Canceled as well.
It has now been over three weeks since I last heard from Ongeziwe who has been continuously off sick. Before her absence, she sent a letter to my credit providers, but I have yet to receive any confirmation that it was received. In fact, my credit providers continue to call me, stating that they have not received any official confirmation** from your side. Out of frustration, I requested a callback from your team leader Rethabile, who informed me that the account would now only be actioned from next month as it was "too late" — this despite weeks of waiting. I agreed reluctantly, as I have no other choice at this point. Rethabile also promised to send out another confirmation email to the credit providers — however to date, nothing has been received. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given the urgency of my financial situation.
I was under debt review last year with DebtBusters and received my clearance certificate, so I was officially done. I recently tried to sign up again, but it's still showing that I have two accounts outstanding. I’ve called in so many times for help but haven’t gotten any proper assistance. I also asked for Ongiswe to call me back, and I’m still waiting. At this point, I’d like to cancel everything as I’ve decided to go with someone else. Please confirm that my application has been cancelled.
I took out a loan with Capitec and have been diligently paying my monthly installments, even making extra payments to reduce the balance. However, instead of my loan decreasing as expected, the amount keeps increasing. I’ve contacted Capitec multiple times, but no one can provide a clear explanation. I keep getting transferred between departments with no resolution. How does paying more result in a higher loan balance? This is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. Poor service and lack of transparency
I ordered a burrito on Mr D, and the rice inside was wet and soggy, which completely ruined the texture. Disappointed with the quality this time.

Being from Johannesburg and without transport to fetch the vehicle, Lucia arranged for a driver to pick me up from home, which was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. When I arrived at the dealership, I received the best service. The team was professional, friendly, and made the whole process seamless. Lucia truly exceeded my expectations, and I am beyond grateful for her outstanding service. Worst service. I've requested a statement from MBD they cannot provide me with a statement. I asked them my outstanding balance they could not provide me with that either. I went on their website and I settled my account they came back saying I owe now R480 again I paid it immediately. I requested a paid up letter they now telling me I owe R18 I requested a statement they say it was sent to me before I asked them to resend it the lady dropped the call in my ear. It shows on my account there is no statement so the balance. they just want more money amd this is affecting my credit score hence I settled this account that I did not even sign up for. On air **** and said they from DSTV in the meantime is an outsourcing company that's eating people's money.
I took a contract out in November the double deal. I used the device for one day and the other device was still sealed. I took both devices back to the store the next day with no faults on the device. They told me I can't cancel it, they'll have to open a OBR I said no coz there's nothing wrong with the device and I hardly used it and I returned it within 7 days they said no. They sent the device to OBR whatever it's called it was successful and they asked me to take a new device I said no I'm not interesting anymore please cancel. They said they canceled it now I owe R890 on my statement. Not even customer service could explain why they charging me this amount for a device I had for 1 day only. Cell C at Trade mall and Customer service is not helpful at at. They only want that sale and does not care about people
