Lukhona did a great job in selling me the warranty parts policy. He patiently took his time, didn’t rush me but made sure I understood everything pertaining to exclusions etc. He accommodated all my little quirks until finish. Thank you Lukhona.
The consultant Palesa Mabiletsa was very helpful and patient. She took the time to explain and provide the services to the best of her ability. She’s the kind of consultant you want to talk to when you have a challenge with a company. Thank you Palesa.
I would like to write a review about dotsure.co.za consultant Luke Quist. It’s been a while since I last got the full house treatment I got from Luke. He completely ignored my moaning and frustration and continued on being pleasant and efficient. When he couldn’t help me with all 3 issues , he asked me my next availability the following day. He then called at the exact time as per agreement. I couldn’t talk at the time he then called later as agreed upon and we resolved all the matters. Thank you Luke, you’ve been very helpful.
About a month ago I bought the 10kg White Star mealie meal at Makro. I then “decanted” it into a container. I used it twice gif various things. The third time I made a smooth porridge for myself & my son. He ate his before he left for school and I ate mine later in the morning. As I was enjoying my fourth s****, I felt something in my mouth and needless to say I panicked. It turned out to be a piece of glass. I was shocked and immediately thought of my son. What if there were smaller pieces and he swallowed without noticing it as he was late for school that morning. Immediately called Makro who promised to get the supplier to call me which they did. I had taken a picture of the glass and the porridge itself. Pioneer promised to sort it out. To cut a to & fro long story. They’ve decided to do nothing , Head Office, as I do not have the batch number on the package and the piece of glass. I did not keep the glass as they did not ask fir it after the first two calls to me. Only after the third or fourth did they ask for it. By then I’d thrown it away. I still have the 3/4 full mielie meal as I cannot give it away lest there’s more glass in it and I cannot bring myself to throw it away either. I asked Pioneer foods lady what I should then do, to which I was told they couldn’t help me. I’m confused with the statement and not sure how to proceed. It’s not the money or refund required, it’s the blasé attitude that a customer is treated with.
I bought the complete body massager about 2 years ago for approximately R2500, at the Decorex at Cape Town Convention Centre. A friend of mine also bought one. I took it home & didn’t use it for that year. Following year we started using it especially my daughter who had body aches from dancing. However for the last 4 months I’ve been trying to call a number which just drops which means it probably doesn’t exist. I’m stuck and don’t know who to contact for repairs or something. Reading other people’s reviews makes me concerned. Maybe it’s a lesson not to but such equipment or appliances at the Fairs, the companies either fold or only existed just for the fair. I’m
