My policy has reached it’s maturity and I requested a 1/3 lumpsum payout! All the documentation has been sent and received by Sanlam. I have now been waiting for 3 weeks and see the estimated date for completion is only 18 June???? Why will it take so long - for 40 years my monthly payments were made but when it comes to paying out 6 weeks!! This is unacceptable - we need to live daily survive with no jobs and now Sanlam takes 6 weeks to make a payment (which out of past experience will not happen anyway). I must mention that if I had a choice I will never deal with them again - e-mails to them gets a standard reply sent back and phoning the offices is endless holding on with no results! I need the payout urgent!!
I submitted a two pot withdrawal request on 26 Sept 2024 attached all required docs, on my profile it showed estimated date of completion 17 Oct 2024 - nothing no payout! Then all of a sudden another reference no appeared showing date of completion 5 Dec 2024!!! WHY? Phoning is a nightmare holding for more than 30 minutes and emails gets rep**** with usual auto generated response. This has been the most frustrating and non existing service I have ever experienced. I have had NO communication regarding my request at all! All I want is MY money to be paid out - it is not even the entire amount! I will definately not recommend anyone to have any dealings with Sanlam.
Advert on facebook shows beautiful shoes in suede, price R880 - states delivery from South Africa, they came from China! Utter ******* shoes, ugly and the worst quality! I have been caught like an idiot - no communication on e-mail because there is no company on SA! BEWARE I have reported them to Facebook!
I have been a customer with Vodacom for 20 years - on my Vodacom app I by mistake sent a data bundle to the wrong number ( sure this happens daily) all the proof is on the app but they are not willing to assist in rectifying this HUGE problem for me!! Refunded a R100 on goodwill they said!
Extremely rude delivery driver after adding tip - no thank you - missing item and 20 min delivery for 2km mac donalds - said he wid fetch missing item that he aknowledged was missing and ofcourse NEVER returned!
My credit card expired so new one sent to my home. Went to shop and wanted to pay and now it states my pin is incorrect and card does not want to tap also faulty. After more than 30 minutes on the phone I am now told I have to go to a branch to reset the pin and card. I have not been to a branch since Covid started and will not go now - I have kept myself and my family safe, this is not my doing and I am extremely dissatisfied with Absa!! Where is the customer service? Never had this problem before and I have had my account for many years.
I went to Clicks Honey Ridge to get my first vaccine, what a pleasant experience for once!! The two ladies (I did not get their names) helping outside in the queue was so friendly, helpful and patient with everybody. Alice, the pharmacist who administered the vaccine to both me and my husband was also one of the most pleasant people I have dealt with in a long time. Thank you for making our experience so fast and efficient. all these ladies are an asset to their company, well done and THANK YOU!!
A package was unfortunately posted to me from the UK. I paid extra for track and sign postage - whatever that may mean. It was sent on the 24th May 2021 and I have used Track my Parcel to see where my precious cargo is - the last update was the 19th June and it basically tells me nothing!!!!! HOW DO I FIND MY PACKAGE, IT HAS BEEN MOST FRUSTRATING and just as I expected most disappointing service from the Post Office.
I have ordered a Christmas present (one dress) on the 12th of Dec - tried every possible means to get hold of Zara to find out about delivery status and still I do not have any answers????
I have been an edgars account holder for many years - payments always on time. Made an online purchase 2nd May 2020, it has been nearly 4 weeks no feedback from them and every time I phone, after holding on to most annoying music and for more than 10 minutes they tell me the order is still at the warehouse. I ordered from other retailers at the same time and have received all my orders within 2 weeks from date of order. Edgars can you afford to loose all our business? In these times? I think not!!!!! Your service and care for customers is non excistant!!
