I want to critique the one at Yami Rib & Burger Glen Village, the ribs are lovely but the service is ****, even the toilet is dirty. Please do something, I will try the Hatfield one and if it's the same I will rather not support.
Contacted them on 12 June to report lost sim. Was advised to not cancel the sim on my dashboard, to my surprise I only received the replacement sim on 29 June. The new sim I received is not activated despite having been RICAD on delivery. They debited me the full R479 on 01 July but i have not been connected since 12 June. To date I am still not connected as I am sitting with a sim that has not been activated. They have a non-existant customer services, i logged a query on 29 June but till today no phone call or acknowledgement yet their turn around time is allegedly 24-48 hours. Total nonsense. I have been very patient and will cancel my subscription by Friday 10 July should the matter not be resolved. If they bill me I will fight them all the way. I am very disappointed and done with RAIN. USELESS COMPANY. I wonder who is the CEO or director. the other day they billed my friend R47 instead of R479, how stupid!!!!!
